Following a free consultation, we can offer services that will improve the work you do.
We CAN offer individual services. here are some examples :-

Organisations are likely to prefer a monthly fixed fee support package (with no ongoing commitment from month to month) that will consist of varying elements from the list above. This is because we can get to know your organisation and use our resources to find the most cost-effective way to support your work.

EXAMPLE 1
For a sports club wishing to run some summer activities for children and young people our monthly fixed fee support package could include: -
Month 1: Supporting you to put together a plan for the project, including producing policies for safeguarding and working with volunteers if appropriate.
Month 2: Putting together grant funding bids for up to £10,000 to 3 different grant giving organisations.
It may be that the organisation has all the skills for those items suggested in month one in which case the items in month 2 could be a starting point. Most grant funding bodies will want to see evidence of the items in month 1.

EXAMPLE 2
For a charity that runs a Women's Aid projects considering its sustainability for the future our monthly fixed fee support package could include: -
Month 1: Supporting the charity to put together and facilitating a trustees' and stakeholders' 'away day', to result in an organisation plan for future
Month 2: Putting together a grant funding bid for up to £100,000 to a grant giving organisations.

EXAMPLE 3
A local society for Deaf and Hard of Hearing is considering employing a Fund Raiser looking to apply for grants because their funding, which comes traditionally comes from the local Council, has been cut. We would identify potential funding sources and complete applications at a fraction of the expense and time of employing a new member of staff.

Month 1 : Work with you to identify what it is you wish to fund and a breakdown of the costs and identity by potential funding sources.
Month 2: applying to several funding sources. The number would depend on the amount of funds asked for.
Month 3: applying to several further funding sources. The number would depend on the amount of funds asked for.

A Manager or Chief Officer of a local charity that runs a youth and community centre has indicated that regular meetings with an independent mentor would be beneficial.
